Our Story
Squeaky Clean Property Solutions started when owner Matt Margraf picked up a pressure washer at thirteen years old and never put it down. That summer job cleaning neighbors’ patios in Saint James turned into Squeaky Clean Property Solutions, and we’ve been providing professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning across Long Island since 2006.
I was born and raised right here on Long Island, so I know what these properties deal with. Coastal moisture that feeds black staining on roofs. Salt air that dulls cedar siding. One hard winter that ages a paver patio by a decade. After more than twenty years and over 10,000 homes serviced across Suffolk and Nassau Counties, our crew has seen just about everything and knows how to handle it.
